Every bundle passes through our Three-Point Quality Verification process at our Texas facility:

The number of bundles needed generally depends on the lengths purchased and desired volume. Please note that our extensions are always measured when pulled straight place the measuring tape below the weft to properly measure your wefts
12"-14": 2 or more bundles required.
16"-18": 3 or more bundles required.
20"-24":4 or more bundles required
26" inches and longer-5-6 bundles or more required.

If Peachy Hair Co verifies the product issue, we will offer a fair resolution. If the item is found to be in standard condition, it will be returned to you at our expense via priority mail.
Please note: using non-recommended products, perming, coloring, lifting, cutting, removing hair from the weft, or otherwise processing the hair voids eligibility for resolution.
